About the Role
The EMEA merchandising project manager is responsible for the implementation across the Region of the global brand visual strategy with the regular display updates along the year for Local Markets and Travel Retail. Part of a merchandising taskforce, S/He will also be in charge of implementing/improving synergy across the brands and across the teams, coordinating with Global team, Head of Merchandising and EMEA retail design project manager.
Primary Responsibilities
- Visual Merchandising – permanent/semi-permanent
- Work closely with Global VM and EMEA retail design project manager to organize and deliver consistent planograms, in harmony with the assortments provided by Marketing team on all merchandising systems.
- Coordinating with EMEA teams, responsible of organizing the forecast for all markets for all new merchandising tools every new launch, within the needed timing to guarantee a smooth process, punctual productions and deliveries.
- In charge of the retro-planning/CPS for every new initiative.
- Coordinating with the retail design project manager, s/he will be the point of contact for the suppliers and the markets managing quantities and cost/quotations.
- In regular contact with the local teams, s/he will be leading deployment calls to guarantee full understanding and guide on all principles of each planogram update.
- Provide clarifications to any Brand Manager's queries on VM-related issues and in regular contact with the local teams.
- Monitor doors openings to ensure all visual/planograms guidelines are followed, to guarantee qualitative and up to level implementations.
- Analyze industry trends in the Region, regularly gather competition evidence, and share findings with regional and global teams.
- Monitor and optimize the cost of the production of the different tools for the brands.

Qualifications
- College University graduate in Business
- Extensive experience (8/10 years) in Visual Merchandising
- Ideal candidates should have relevant experience in beauty, prestige fashion, high-end retail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to multitask
- Strong sense of deadlines
- Highly driven, energetic, flexible, and team-spirited
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to execute flawlessly, and strong project management skills
- International experience is a plus
